Shipping Terms/Policy

Orders are shipped from our dealership or multiple distribution centers across the country. We determine the quickest, most efficient route to get you your product to you as quickly as possible. Having said that, there will be cases where some items will have to be shipped cross country and require 5+ days of shipping. We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. Additionally, we work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.

While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, naturally not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times! In some cases, we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.


  • FREE SHIPPING-Orders $99.99 and over (including sale and closeout items!) qualify for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to the contiguous 48 US states
  • FLATE RATE SHIPPING-Orders under $99.99 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10.00 for STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
  • SHIPPING CARRIERS-Orders will typically be shipped via Ground (UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, USPS, and other up and coming shipping carriers)
  • HANDLING/PROCESSING-We do not guarantee same day order processing/shipping. We are a smaller scaled family owned dealership and we promise we will do our absolute best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. With that being said, depending on order volume, availability, and time of day the order is placed, your order may not be processed until the following business day. 
  • ORDERS ARE PROCESSED Monday-Friday (NOT weekends/holidays)
  • TRACKING-PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 24 HOURS FOR TRACKING INFORMATION TO LOAD ONCE THE ITEM HAS SHIPPED- For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. A lot of orders are shipped from a distributor warehouse and the tracking information is not always immediately available to us.


Order Status

  • AWAITING SHIPMENT- We are checking stock/waiting for inventory to be received in (this is not a backorder). Most Orders Awaiting Shipment are shipping from our dealership in California via USPS.  
  • PROCESSED-Your order has been entered to be DROP SHIPPED from one of our many distribution warehouses across the country. 
  • BACKORDERED-THAT STINKS! We try our best to stay on top of our part availability, but sometimes inventory is low or out of stock. We will usually notify you of this and try to provide you with an ETA. Based on this information you may keep the item on order or we will be happy to Cancel the order and process a complete refund. 
  • SHIPPEDYour order is on the way! Keep in mind tracking isn't always immediately due to shipments leaving from distributor warehouses, so please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to load. 
  • REFUNDED/PARTIALLY REFUNDEDWe have processed a refund for your order. Refunds can sometimes take 2-10 business day to show back up on your account, depending on your bank. 
  • MANUAL VERIFICATION REQUIRED- Contact us in regards to your order! We will not process/ship your order until we have spoken with you. 



Order Cancellation

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled “Awaiting Fulfillment.” Once an order has a

status of “Processed,” it can not be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.



Refund/Return Policy



PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE double check your part number/fitment with the manufacturer before ordering.


  • RETURN SHIPPING COSTS- You, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. This is another reason to DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PART NUMBER. Warranty returns and shipping errors returns will be handled on a case by case basis. 
  • R.A. #'S ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS-Please email us at to get your RA# and we will provide you the address to ship the product back to. (Keep in mind we often ship from Distribution Warehouses, so not all returns may not come back to our dealership location)
  • ITEM CONDITION-Returned products must be in new, unused condition and must include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. 
  • REFUND/STORE CREDIT- Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

*NOTE* Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
